1. Returns
You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
